I don't usually make reviews for fast food because I used to work fast food so I understand what it's like. But I did a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving hoping I would get my food when I got there or at least wait 5 minutes But no I waited an ... extra 10 minutes Which wouldn't be a problem if they were busy but I was the only car in the Drive Thru. They told me to park in the front to wait. Finally, when the employee came out, he didn't remember what me or my car looked like (which is fine) even though I was the only obvious car parked directly in front of the entrance. Finally got the hint that I must be the customer. And I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but he didn't seem happy at all And when I stuck out my hand to grab the bag, he just shoved it into my hand. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and hope he didn't mean to do that. But no words at all. No "Sorry for the wait" No "have a nice day", nothing. I know it's a fast food job, but I just feel like they could do a bit of a better job in the "customer satisfaction" department. Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 whopper combos and an order of nuggets. Cashier said the nuggets would be a 5 minute wait and I said that’s fine. Was busy so was a bit of a wait to get to the window. When I got there, they did ... not add the nuggets to my order and refused to let me add them as it would still be a wait (even though at that point I had waited 10 minutes? Even when I worked in fast food, we would prep a ton of nuggets during rushes so we always had some ready) and she told me instead I could go through the MUCH BUSIER drive thru again and add the nuggets then. Had to wait for more than 5 minutes to have someone to come to the counter to take the food order. Waited for more than 20 minutes to complete and serve a dine-in fast food order. Well, all tables were dirty. Girls just chatting in the back. Bathrooms were nasty. Dryers didn't work and no paper towel. 20min for food which arrived soggy. The dips were coming out of their paycheck aparently. Never going ... back. -5 stars Read more
