We were a group of 12, the food came in dribs and drabs, which is inexcusable , specially for a restaurant that charges in the mid 30s for it's mains. Otherwise the service was good, and our waiter was very nice. As for the food, for my main, I ... had the veal Milanese and i found it to be dry. First time eating here. It was Mother's Day at lunch time, so not very busy, but it still took a little long to get our meal. Food was delicious though. My only complaint, was that I saw their online menu that the veal I ordered was listed ... at $30. but in reality it had gone up to $37.00 A little expensive, so don't be surprised. They also cut down on the quantity. The arancini you get with the specials is only one now. You used to get two. Update your online menu please, so people know the true prices! Read more

VERY DISAPPOINTING! We had a reservation for 7pm. Person didn't even check the book. Waited 15 min. to be seated. Had to get up to get our own menus. Waiter didn't seen organized. We waited for 2 1/2 hours to get our food, so the waiter must have forgotten to ... put in our order. The food was good when we got it, but FAR TOO LONG A WAIT. And finally, there was NO MANAGER ON SITE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. I would have rated them a zero if possible. It was a disaster! Read more

What an amazing experience I had here. Piazza Romana hosted my baby shower today and absolutely everything was perfect. Everything from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere- absolutely impeccable. We were a party of 20, so I reserved the private room-- it was so full of light with big ... windows, it felt so open-not cramped at all, like most private rooms I've experienced in the past. The waiter was SO polite and attentive- was very patient and answered all the questions we had with delight (I wish I asked for his name) They set up a table for all my gifts, and allowed us to bring a huge cake, they even cut and plated it without charging us (if you're not aware that is extremely rare for restaurants these days) The food...was absolutely delicious! We had a Table d'Hôte menu, as we were 20 people, and they gave us such lovely options! Everyone ordered something different, so I know that all the dishes were tasty and well recieved. My husband ordered the pork shank with apricot sauce and I ordered the diavolo tiger shrimp. Delicious. We were very impressed with our experience here. If you haven't tried this little gem of a restaurant, I strongly suggest you do. We will 100% be going back! Read more

Really beautiful location and the attitude of the staff was friendly and polite. A++. Unfortunately, the service took forever and the food had no flavour.
