Lovely local spot in the city. Greeted right upon entry and dined in. Ordered the haddock and chips and it was crispy and delicious. Service was excellent and speedy! Will definitely come back when I’m in the area again!

Been coming to this place for the better part of a decade. The food is almost amazing, portions are fantastic, and the service is like no other. We generally do take out, but dining in is always just as good. The lovely people that own it, provide nothing other than top ... tier service, which does not go unnoticed and by anyone I have encountered here. Ordered halibut, haddock, and chips from here a few days ago after reading positive reviews. The fish portions are large, the batter is crispy and not overly oily, and the chips were perfect - not overcooked and dry like a lot of places. They did make a minor mistake giving ... me smushed peas instead of gravy but that can happen anywhere. High quality for the price paid will definitely be coming back again. Read more

Great batter. Closer to tempura. The crunch plus the melt in your mouth type batter. Serving good enough for two! Friendly staff. Cool laidback atmosphere. Check photos of food and vibe from others and you know this place is a hit! This place has been around for awhile for a reason.
