I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the service and experience I received at Popeyes. Me and my son I decided to go to Popeyes and order a 12 piece wings meal. When we asked the worker about the spice level, they told us that everything is mild ... However, when my son started eating, the wings were far spicier than expected they were so spicy for him. His mouth started going on fire and he was dying of spice for a very long time. When we called the restaurant to address our concerns, the person we spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. They insisted that the wings were supposed to be spicy and always spicy and their ghost pepper and even went as far as to suggest that we were wrong for expecting otherwise. To make matters worse, the manager we spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication and the poor customer service we received at Popeyes has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to think twice before dining here. Read more

This store has improved its organizational and customer service experience a lot lately. I have encountered Nasri to have delicious spicy chicken sandwiches. She was amazing throughout the dinner time that she served me. I would definitely visit back sooner.

The food was really bad, we bought chicken tenders and wings and the tenders weren’t cooked properly at all, it was still pink inside. We ordered spicy tenders and they messed up our order and gave us regular tenders.The wings were covered in so much oil and it was pooled ... all over the bottom of the container. Almost every Tuesday, I order from this Popeyes location as it is close to where I live. The chicken is usually freshly cooked around the time I get there. Sometimes I see the same staff there, including the manager (Usman), and they're kind enough to take my order with a ... pleasant smile. The place seems rather small, especially when it gets busy but is still roomy enough to fit some groups at the tables and a few people waiting in line. My experience at this Popeyes establishment is beyond words of expression. Let’s begin with their automatic service, we have been given great hospitality and have been met with generous employees who continue to warm us with care and compassion. They continue to offer students who are common goers, extra food ... and will never provide us short of service. Mariyam, a front line cashier, greeted us with kindness and provided me and my friends with exceptional and memorable service that we will continue to be grateful for, as this popeyes is our favourite spot to hangout in!
