Worst place to order!!!! After 1 hour and 15 min they are calling me that he is on his way they are literally 12 min drive from my house and the manager expects me to take the delivery as we placed the order and offers me I will give ... you discount I don’t need your charity and I am not paying $60 dollars for old pizza. Find some more authentic and proper business who know what customer service is and have manners to speak on the phone. Rude customer service!!! When I called and complained that the order is late they ask me are you calling because you need compensation are you serious. Worst manners!! Worst customer service!!! We were in Toronto yesterday Christmas shopping and on our way home to Ptbo we stopped here for panzerottis. We don't have one here and been years since we last had one. The gentleman working was lovely, friendly and very nice. He knew we had about an hours drive, ... packed them nicely and told us how to heat them up. Thank you, they were delicious. Guys please don’t order pizza from pizza ville . You will waste your money and your time . I ordered a large 5 topping pizza it was garbage honestly topping are old . The size of large pizza is midum pizza . Tomato sauce was bad topping are old and ... dry . It taste not good at all .I ordered large pizza with 5 toppings. I got medium pizza instated I called them back first they say no that is the what it is . Then their customer service called back they want to credit me $3 dollar for the inconvenience . Very good pizza. My kid Loves it. Staff is friendly. Pepperoni pizza we bought was amazing. We bought half cheese and half veggie it was amazing. We have never finished a large pizza but we did yesterday.
