Papa John’s Pizza - Pickering, Ontario

My recent visit to Papa John's Pizza at Pickering, left much to be desired. Not only did I witness a staff member, who matched the description of a South Asian man without a beard, exhibiting a disconcerting level of attitude and rudeness towards customers and to some delivery drivers, but I ... also observed concerning hygiene practices and food handling. It was evident that cleanliness standards were not being upheld, and the manner in which food was being handled was far from pleasant. Furthermore, the staff member's disregard for customer service was disheartening, as they seemed more interested in their phone than assisting customers. As a result of these experiences, I made the decision to forego placing my order and will not be returning to this location. Got stuck on the 401 and was over an hour late to pick up the pizza. The employee through the pizza out and had a fresh one waiting for me. I was expecting a cold pizza as it was my own fault why I was late. Instead they ... went above and beyond to make me a fresh pizza. I wish I got the employee name as he deserves a pat on the back for his customer service. I order from here often and the great customer service always keep me coming back. yesterday Saturday was my 4th visit and I came from very far. Surely their pizza gave me the satisfaction that i need always. And their behaviour is beyond exceptional. Just love the pizza and the employees.

I just went to pick up a medium pizza with four toppings. The pizza was horrible. It was not cooked properly and I asked for mushrooms and there was no mushrooms. It was horrible. I will never go back to Papa John’s Pickering Ontario. I called and she wanted me to ... go all the way back to return the pizza to get another one. I wasn’t going to do that that’s all they offered.
