Very poor service. I bought 1 iced coffee and 2 vanila cone today( June 5 2024 wednesday 4:25 -4:30 pm). They MISSED TO ADD SUGAR on my iced coffee.Additionallly, we gave code for 1 $ summer drink and added 2 vanila cone , staff confirmed she can apply the ... same code for vanila cone too, but we were charged regular price for the icecream. I was at this location on June 2, 2024 between 11:25pm -11:35pm and I must say the Cashier was the rudest most sour faced person I have seen I a while....WOW..... She should never be the face people see when coming to your drive thru. You need cheerful, happy and ... polite people. I was not even given a receipt so I don't even know her name. Read more

Stopped by here and drive through was fairly quick at night. Lots of parking. Did see a guy in black g82 series bmw littering in the parking lot. Otherwise will stop by again since easy access off 401.

September 6, 2023 ⭐️⭐️ Visited for my morning coffee. Customer service was excellent, I'm quite impressed cause that is back to back excellent service. Once again, the employee who ... took my order was cheerful and friendly. Even the employee at the window who handed me my order was friendly. Although I wished the coffee had been stirred better and wasn't exactly to my liking (I'd rate it 7/10), it wasn't terrible. All in all, I was satisfied with the overall experience. The young lady who took payment was welcoming and used my first name to greet me. Also, the person that gave us the order was pleasant.
