Harvey’s - Pickering, Ontario

I was underwhelmed by the experience I had here. It's not a place that is friendly to those who don't eat wheat so I only had a drink. It took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged by staff and 15 to get the drink, and it was under filled.

Ordered for pick up. Waited 20 minutes for our order despite pre-ordering and paying. I asked why it took so long to fill our order and was told they didn’t make enough fries and gave our fries to a different customer to complete their order instead. Just ordered a premium poutine. Drive-through attendant couldn't hear us very well and started getting snippy. Got half a bowl full of fries, and when I asked for more, was told that was standard. I reccomend getting smaller bowls in that case, so customers don't feel like they're getting ripped ... off. Never had this problem @ other Harvey's. S'pose I should add that it was delicious though.
