I never post reviews but today I was so mad and shocked at how they treated me. They used to be so good when the new management had come in last time I got food from there was few months ago. But Today I went and I tried to place ... the order ahead of time over the phone and the person who answered was in a rush he didn’t even have time to let me complete my order, I had to call back 2 more times so I can tell him my full order he was in such a rush. Then when I got my food, the pizza was cold and hard, it tasted like a cardboard. I ordered 20 wings as well and the fries I got were literally for only one person, fries should have been more given the amount of wings I ordered. Then the wings were cold and not covered in sauce either. Overall from the jump the person who took my order was not the best and wasn’t helpful at all but also rushed me to order my food and didn’t even make my food properly. Like there was just one piece of pepperoni on each slice of my pizza. My biggest surprise is how they used to be totally opposite when they were not as popular but once they started getting popular they stopped caring for the customers and the food they put out. When the new management came in, the customer service used to be amazing and the quantity along with quality of the food was one of the best in the area but they became like any other restaurant, as they got popular the standards of customer service and food dropped, maybe a little bit of success got to them. Thought I'd write a quick review of this place since the posted reviews are all over the place, now when you look at the price, currently $8 for a medium pep you need to compare it the other $8 pie place which is Little Ceasars, is it better than them? ... Yes, it's larger, tastier and generally fresher. I'd give the pie a 3.5 / 5, not as good as other more expensive places but remember what your getting for the price, most local to Pickering pizzerias charge twice as much for a slightly better pie. If you go to this place expecting amazing Pizza you'll be disappointed, if you go there looking for a good cheap pizza I'd highly recommend you give them a try. Read more

Exceptional. They are so affordable and have really good taste, the pizza was top notch and delicious. Staff is extremely kind and there is a vast list of combo options.
