I love pretzelmaker but this one is pretty terrible. The pretzels are always sitting out and if reheated are crusty and stale. I have asked several times for fresh ones and they oblige. Today however I had an original but they didn't have the coarse salt and just covered my ... pretzel in table salt. I wiped 90% of it off but it was still too gross to eat. Wish there was another one of these places around that was well managed. Read more

The pretzels are blesss. The combination of Salty and sweet makes me want to go there right now and get a pack. Also, they have those big cookies that you can get customized. Get the heart one for Valentines Day, ya gal will love it

Just walked away from an order as the guy working didn't wash his hands. He simply rinsed, used a dirty towel to dry and didn't use gloves. Nasty.
