We love the ice cream. Amazing customer service. We accidentally ordered the wrong ice cream flavour, the staff was very helpful and accommodated us by replacing a new one without cost. Thank you. ❤️

Went to get ice cream last night and a young guy named Tristan served me and my girlfriend. Tristan was in training and he was very enthusiastic and thorough with our order. Thumbs up for this kid, Huge future ahead of him!

August 27, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Back at BR again, the place was abuzz with activity, but the line swiftly ebbed forward. The familiar friendliness of the staff graced our experience. With our order thoughtfully prepared, we settled indoors to indulge. A small suggestion would be to press some ice cream deeper into ... the cone, ensuring it doesn't become a cone-only affair towards the end. In the grand scheme, this special treat left me brimming with happiness. August 1, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Baskin Robbins Pickering is a delightful ice cream spot! My visit was on 08/01/23. Wow... Amazing service and the ice-cream quality is par none. The store was very clean and Maya (serving me) was super friendly and courteous. I would go back to this store again and again. Purchased a Christmas Log Cake and some Winter White Chocolate Ice-cream Mmmm delish.
