The food is good. I recommend the bourbon chicken, jambalaya rice, and green beans. Their noodles are not good and the Louisiana chicken tastes off. The customer service needs work though, kinda rude.

First off, nothing less than AMAZING customer service from the two ladies that serviced us today - smiles, conversation and timely service.The food was great, very flavourful. The workers definitely took ... pride in their jobs during my visit today and I’m definitely impressed with the variety of delicious options for great prices - big food portions ! Today the workers truly made it the best experience with their attitudes and positive work ethic; so much so my boyfriend wasn’t going to buy anything and did so because he wanted to support them as well and was so glad he did. He loved the bourbon chicken. I truly hope the ladies working this location get recognized for their great work. We revisited Bourbon St. Grill for dinner, a place we've frequented many times in the past. Consistently, we've found the food to be delectable and satisfying. While the menu offers a diverse array of options, I invariably opt for my favorite: the Bourbon fried rice, accompanied by broccoli and Bourbon ... chicken. During this visit, we ordered two combo meals, and the staff efficiently prepared our order. Seriously disappointing. I had bought food from the Eaton centre location, and it was so good, just the plain broccoli and bourbon chicken that I came to this location to purchase the same meal. The broccoli was mostly cabbage. Additionally, I didn’t even ask for rice or noodles, since I ... didn’t want it, but also thought they’d load up on the broccoli and meat. The portion size laughable. Compared to the location at the Eatons centre, this was absolutely disappointing. Not impressed. Coming from the Eaton centre where they completely load up your container and where the broccoli was only that and no fillers I was very let down. Read more
