I normally don't write reviews but with the price of everything nowadays I just felt like it because I was just disappointed. Purchased a wild Berry cheesecake donut and an area dream cookie around 9:20pm. Both donut and cookie were rock hard, unfortunately I had alrdy gotten on the highway when ... we found out or I would have turned around. At $5.50 for a donut and a cookie, I sure as hell expect them to atleast be edible. Truly disappointed at how consistently dirty outside this location is. Overflowing garbage cans, boxes scattered everywhere. Makes you think trice about buying food here. Not to mention being overcharged for food that should have been discounted per the app. Service has deteriorated over time. Used to be my fave location ... to grab a quick breakfast. We were kicked out while waiting for our order because as black people we were scaring away other potential clients. The server, she was very hostile and aggressive not to mention the rudeness in her tone.

I don't know about the other reviews, but I've been coming here for over 10 years and their service is consistently good. I would like to mention Guru who especially gave us great service, was friendly, patient, and I really appreciate it. Keep up the good work 👍

August 11/23 ⭐️ I'm not sure why I keep going back. Maybe with the hope they would change and get things right. I mean, how hard can it be to make a coffee? I went around 10:30 am during the week. The lineup was very long and moved slowly, and it ... was crowded inside, which could be an indicator they are under staffed. I ordered two farmers wraps and one coffee. The staff at the window failed to scan my phone and ensure I got my offer. I ended up overpaying. I went inside to get the correction and found the place very messy. I quickly got my money back and left. This location really needs to make some changes in service, quality in food prepared, and cleanliness. Read more
