The ONLY reason I went to this location today is because the mall is closed, I get the SAME drink every time so I know what it’s suppose to taste like and every time I give this location a try they mess it up, it’s ALWAYS watered down. This evening, I came in to order my usual drink, an iced matcha latte with vanilla sweet cold foam, oat milk and brown sugar syrup. When I went, they were not busy and my friends and I were the only people that needed drinks to be made, yet they messed ... up my order and when I corrected them they did not apologize. I understand mistakes but I feel that they were socializing more than they were making our drinks right. Not to mention, I have went to Starbucks much busier than this one and they manage to get my order right. Additionally, they had a horrible attitude towards us, especially when we were taking our orders. Also, I left my phone on the same counter the workers proceeded to clean and none of the workers had the decency to point it out, especially when it was clear I had left it and was about to leave the store. I enjoy going to this coffee spot. When I need to relax, chill and for ideas to flow or to simply get out the house I tend to go. The coffee is good. I won't argue about the price point since my friends pointed out the difference between other coffee shops ... so now I also buy from others. The servers remembered my name after only 1 encounter. The service was great, busy location. Everything that I got tasted good. The only misleading thing is that the oatmeal is PLAIN and not as pictured with granola and fruit.

My recent stop at Starbucks in Pickering on Aug.7th, 2023, aimed to quench my thirst with a cold drink on a warm day. Opting for something different, I went with the Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. The Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade I tried wasn't as flavorful or sweet as I had hoped. ... It felt somewhat watered down, lacking the boldness that usually characterizes Starbucks drinks. The expected burst of mango and dragonfruit flavors was disappointingly subdued, leaving me wishing for a more vibrant and refreshing taste profile. As someone who usually enjoys their selection of beverages, this particular choice didn't live up to the mark. The atmosphere at the Pickering location was fairly busy. With limited seating available, I was disappointed to find that many tables were unclean. The state of the tables took away from the overall comfort of the visit. On a positive note, the staff member who took my order was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process pleasant. By focusing on improving cleanliness and possibly revisiting their recipe, this Starbucks location could once again become a top choice for both quality drinks and a comfortable atmosphere. Read more
