Overheated in the drive through I waited long enough I turned off my car. I saw a handsome fit guy walk from his truck to the d spot next door order, wait, get his order and walk back to his truck and drive off, before I got my fries and ... sauce. Upon ordering the whole chicken family pack for pick up, I was disappointed to find both the chicken and French fries severely overcooked, resembling charcoals. Regrettably, except for the salad and bread roll, everything was inedible and went straight to the garbage. Our experience at Swiss Chalet was great from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the door and promptly seated. The delivery of our food was impressively fast. Speaking of which, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The only downside was the limited parking, especially with several venues ... nearby. Great setting. Restaurant was busy but our server Liz was on top of our table and orders , regularly checking on us and making sure every detail was correct and our dining experience was perfect. We had an amazing family dinner and would gladly visit again
