Every time I get wings I order from this wildwing and every time it’s 10/10. i’m shocked at all the negative reviews because our food has been just fine, if not fantastic, every time i’ve gone or ordered from here! to be fair i have only ever gotten the wings and fries, which is hard to mess up, but it’s been perfect every time.

Picked up our order. Front of house was NOT attentive what so ever. They did not acknowledge myself or another female customer who walked in just behind me. However when a gentlemen came in after us, it was a different story! Our Oder was messed up ... when we got home. Sauces were switched on the two different types of wings. Yet again disappointed by the dedication and service of this location. Love the wings! But completely unreliable. Shows of Google they open today at 12 noon. So I placed order online. Got confirmation that it would be ready at 12:20 pm. Showed up at 12:20 and the place wasn’t even ... open! Peeked through the window and no one even in kitchen. I waited 10 minutes in my car while calling 5 times with no response and restaurant did not open. Finally gave up and called to order wings elsewhere. But the charge from this order is still on my credit card. I can’t even reach anyone or leave a message. Really disappointed. They better refund me. Update: 2 weeks later and my credit card was charged and never refunded, despite the fact that the owner said he would refund . We had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. We have called again to try to reach the owner to get this charge removed. Don’t trust this owner. Terrible business practices. Read more

I had an issue earlier on with the wild wings 570 pickering location. I ordered this food but did not get to eat it because there was a misunderstanding on breaded and non-breaded for me. I personally can not eat breaded items do to allergies but when I spoke to ... the manager fiaz about this he told me it is not his problem. It's my mistake and the only way he was will to help is if I bought more food at 40% less cost. Now I did not eat the food I gave it back and all I got for this cost was a box of fries for my three children. I let the Manager know I would be posting this and he said that he doesn't care. How's that for costumer service I even told the manager I would take a 50% loss of money to help alleviate some of the problem. But the manager wasn't having any of it his staff even thought that was a bit much. Read more
