I don’t understand how this place has the reviews saying it’s great. It’s terrible. Go ANYWHERE else. Grocery store sushi is better. It was so bad, we had to get a second dinner, because no one could bear to eat this flavourless sushi. The rice had zero flavour, and didn’t seem ... fresh. The different maki rolls we got either lacked flavour or were extremely small portions. On top of it all, the staff made it extremely confusing for what we could order as they have two different menus for lunch and dinner, and we could do either but different prices, etc, just over complicated. And then a forced tip added on to our bill quietly, before almost adding a tip on the debit machine. 0/10, there’s no reason you want to eat here currently. It’s not a better value. Read more

Incredible restaurant. Always clean. Food is great. I always get the Chicken Teriyaki on rice and it never disappoints. The spicy mayo sauce really tops everything off. When I get the sushi, it tastes fresh and delicious. Make sure to give thanks to Wendy she is the GOAT.

Great experience with family dinning in. Very chill family restaurant. Nice owners, friendly service. Food was inexpensive in comparison to fancier restaurants. Great experience and will definitely go back with family.

Great sushi for a VERY reasonable price. I would say that the specials and combos are some of the best deals I've seen in any sushi restaurant in a long time. I had the Salmon Teriyaki & Tempura dinner bento which included Salmon Sashimi, California rolls & Spring rolls ... and a Wakame (seaweed) salad and everything was very good. Other than the salad dressing missing something (sesame comes to mind) this place is a new favorite of my 8 year old and myself. John is very accommodating, friendly and extremely polite and professional. I really appreciate that in the staff of any establishment. Update I have also now had the Gyoza, BBQ Eel and Deep fried squid and all were extremely delicious. The squid was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The BBQ Eel is my favorite of the places I've tried as well. I'm quite sure that soon enough I will have eaten most of the menu, I'm actually thinking of heading there for dinner today! Read more
