They do have good Chinese food and we order there almost once a week. Put in a large order on Father’s Day and were not happy with the cook on the honey garlic ribs. When I ordered the next time and went in to pick up food I explained to ... the owner. She was making up excuses that they were super busy and some orders went out with the ribs being white and rubbery and not the nice brown colour they usually are. She tried to tell me that not everyone likes them brown? Really? Ok but we do and she was not even willing to give us a store credit. Very disappointed in their customer service. Unfortunately will not be able to spend my hard earned money there in the future. We had never complained before and it’s unfortunate that these establishments do not care if they lose customers. Very good place to get food. Good quality for only a 3-5 minute maximum wait during a period where many students would have been getting food. When I first heard of this place, there were a lot of mixed reviews, but I finally decided to give it a try for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to really enjoy the food, comparable to other restaurants and good value for the quantity. It was incredibly busy with ... tons of chefs in the back and several waiting for orders at the front on a weekday night. I would definitely prefer to order ahead rather than on the spot. I'd also like for an online ordering system on their own site and pick up in person instead of phoning, I like to think it would help in getting orders correct when it's in writing. Read more

I love coming here with my boyfriend! He loves the C7 with all General Tso chicken and I can’t get enough of the mushroom fried rice, so delicious!!! I love the homey atmosphere the places gives off. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a hidden ‘gem’ lol

Today I decided to try this place based off the reviews I had seen. I got the L13 combo after 3pm for it was a dollar or so more expensive and without a drink / eggroll; The total was $11 something. If I were to give this a rating strictly ... off food quality and not take into consideration price, I would give it a 4. The General Tso was great and the Chicken Fried Rice was pretty typical; The veggies were nice, fresh, and crunchy, but the chicken was lacking. If money is not an issue for you then this place could really be a contender. Sadly for me Google doesn't pay me yet so I'm not sure when I'll be back.
