Amongst all the staff, there is just one employee named Krupa who is very polite with the customers. She always greets everyone with a smile and gives a good customer experience. However, other than her, all the employees are very cold. They are very selective towards the customers, does not ... even greet everyone. The other female employees other than Krupa (do not know the name) do not respond to Hi or Hello and are very selective towards few customers only. While placing the order, I said Hello with a smile, there was no response from the staff, just a blank face whereas a customer came after me and stood behind in the line, the staff greeted thhat customer in a loud voice and big smile. It was very disrespectful. The owner should give proper training to the employees in terms of customer experience and the staff should learn to treat all the customers equally. We are all humans. This subway does not even have a bathroom. The only provider hand sanitizer. not designed for dining in. It’s a purely takeout location

The great job done by the krupa Prajapati named employee by making delicious veg foot long. Good job .

It was only one girl working and she was absolutely the best. So kind. And the sub was fantastic! I'll def be back to this location! They put love into there sandwiches!!
