I've been there several times. Yes, I agree that everything is outdated in the flesh and the building itself has not been updated in any way. The staff tries to be polite, but it feels like it’s being forced. And there are sanitary standards, and everyone who ... works in public catering must obey them, and no one has the right to do them differently. Horrendous! I ordered a 4 piece combo. The chicken was really old looking and small. I didn’t eat it because there were no fries in the box so I took it back for a refund. Then went else. I’ll never vividly KFC again.

Very disappointing service. Staff is not at all friendly. KFC employees behaviors like they are minister or what, like so much attitude. I am a Uber/doordash driver and three times, my experience here was so bad as employees speak so rudely. ALWAYS been late for the order and they NEVER ... say sorry or thank you. Got a 3 pc dark meat and this was the box. I took it up to them and asked what pc of chicken that was and they said it was a thigh. They told me thats how they get them. So either the suppliers are cutting thighs in half ... and calling them full pieces or this KFC is. It only had a single bone in it, instead of the usual bone and hip section, but it was tiny. Chicken wing flat size. They all looked at me like I was insane, and then while eating they where constantly looking over and laughing. Worst food ever. The chicken was so soggy. French fries was not good. Did not maintain KFC standards. We asked employees to give crispy chicken and they said they don’t do any crispy chicken anymore. Worst food experience
