El Camino’s - Peterborough, Ontario

The owner is supper dedicated and friendly once you get to know him. He even has our order memorized, and we only go at most a couple of times a week. I've been going for a couple of years now, and it has always hit the spot 10/10 would recommend!

I went there with my children. Husband's burrito was on point as per him. Kids loved the Quesadilla and tacos. My taco Salad and Nachos were out of the world. Service was excellent and all the ingredients and veggies were super fresh. As I was there, there was a Skip ... the dishes/ Uber eats courier throwing a fit at the staff for handing her the food since she did not have a hot bag to deliver the food. Upon talking to the staff member, I was advised that as per skip the dishes, they should have a thermal bag to keep the food hot while delivering and they refused or are too lazy to bring it in. In return the couriers will have their friends leave bogus 1 star reviews. I personally don't think one should deserve a one star review over that, specially when these guys are working hard day and night and the quality and quantity of food these guys provide for the nominal prices. I mean I fed an army here for under $60. I would recommend reading 5 star reviews and give them a try not that they are in need but you guys definitely deserve it. Amazing food.... keep it up gentlemen! Hands down the best service. Do not worry about the pullpreets leaving 1 star reviews because they can't do their jobs right. I went here for the first time last week with my family and oh my GOD the food is incredible. He's also very kind and was great to chat to while waiting. Also was super respectful about making sure my allergie (lactose) were taken seriously and made jokes about how ... he wouldn't be able to live without cheese. One of my favourite places for burritos, tacos and nachos!

I don't normally write reviews but customers should consider this as a warning. Ordered a beef brisket burrito that was raw... Yes, it was the night of homecoming and they were pretty busy so my standards were not high in the first place. This, however, is a food hazard and ... completely unacceptable. I only noticed it was raw once I bit into it so not much I could do beyond that. I guess it's on me for trusting this place with my food after so many of my friends told me not to eat here. Read more
