Good morning Re: Peterborough Rye Street Yesterday morning (June 24), was a very stressful day personally… I was not only moving my residence after loosing my spouse of 30 plus years, but I was changing cities after living in Toronto for 50 years. Being a senior even compounded the situation. At around ... 7:00 that morning, I stopped by to get some coffees for me and my helpers. “Bipin” was the first person I spoke to and saw that day. He took my order via intercom at the Drive Thru and was all smiles, genuinely happy to see me and make me a satisfied customer. He brightened my day and relived the stress that overtook my psychy. Wow, he had a calmness about him… made me feel like I was the most important person of the moment. And, service was fast and good. Service was very friendly. The Cheese Danish was 10/10. The Lemon Loaf is a 9/10. The Passionfruit Tea was a 10/10 in terms of flavour but they put too much ice, WAY TOO MUCH ICE. That's not fair.

Was having a nice outing with my younger sister and thought Starbucks would be a nice finish to our day. To her horror, what she thought was a seed after her first sip turned out to be a dead fly floating at the top. It’s mid-December; how a fly got ... in there is beyond me. Either way, we got a refund but declined to have a new drink made since it’s apparent that cleanliness needs desperate improvement. Read more

This Starbucks spot has no rush, lots of parking space available. Team are ok, please be clear on the specifications and communicate prior to collecting the order. Rest fine

What a great starbucks! The new renovations look nice. Friendliest staff you’ll ever find, always so kind and welcoming. Wish there was indoor seating but it’s a smaller location so you can’t have it all!
