My husband and I ordered the chicken roti and were so excited. We ordered delivery. Delivery was quick. But when we got our roti and cut into it, there was almost no meat at all. It was all potatoes. I have been getting food from this place for a few years and it's been satisfactory up until recently. The rice is mushy, the goat is tough and the oxtail as well. . The portions are terrible, mostly rice and gross coleslaw. I recieved the ackee and salt fish and ... it was legit a thin spreading of basically fish and tomatoes, barely any ackee on a huge container of mushy rice. My visit to Island Cream Caribbean Cuisine was a pleasant one overall. While there was a bit of a wait for service initially as no one was at the front desk, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming once attended to. The restaurant has a charming island-themed decor that adds to the ... ambiance. I tried the Goat Roti and it was absolutely delicious; the flavor of the goat was good, and the Roti itself was filling and well-prepared with a fresh texture.
