Service was both mediocre and slow. The restaurant wasn't busy, but our server certainly had no interest in what they were doing. Drinks: I felt like a beer, but couldn't find out what was on tap and ordered an iced tea instead. More like colored ice water. ... Other drink orders were similarly watered down. Food: Mostly edible. Everyone in my group ordered something different, and each one of us agreed it wasn't something we'd order again. My order was a burger and loaded fries. Do not get the loaded fries unless you're hoping for a plate of disappointment. The fries were not any better on their own though, being starchy and under cooked. The burger had smash patties. Usually not a bad thing, but when overdone you end up with a strong burnt flavor. I recommend the burger if that burnt flavor is what you're craving. If you're reading a canned reply to this message that says something like "we're sorry, reach out so we can talk to you", know that they didn't actually read this review and don't really care. I don't want anything and won't be going back even if the meal is free. If someone from the restaurant is actually reading this, good on you. Take the feedback, and take action to improve. Read more

Food was excellent. Mainly I want to shout out the server John Paul! I just had a children's birthday party in their back room and John Paul was absolutely amazing with the kids and went above and beyond. Even when they got rowdy and unruly he was patient and attentive ... to them and had them all laughing. He has exceptional manners and charisma and was very quick in attending to our needs. I hope Kelseys sees the value in his service as he is just about the best server I've had at any restaurant ever...seriously that guy deserves a raise! Read more

Restaurant wasn’t very busy for a Saturday evening. We had coupons for a free spinach dip app and a free dessert Our waitress Laura was extremely friendly and attentive! Spinach dip was average in taste, plates we were served in, was chipped in several places. original price on the menu for the dip ... is $15.49. Would not recommend it for that price. Didn’t feel worth at all Opted for Cajun breaded wings for mains and a side of onion rings. Wings were slightly overcooked but edible, didn’t point it out to our server though. Food was fast,.tasty and lots of it! Cassie was our awesome waitress! Had the 2 piece Fish and Chips. Had to take some home.

I removed a star because all your reply is about is the 5 stars (10 out of 10) which means you don't care about what I had to say, all you care about is the 5 stars. That's why I removed a star. Loooools! Food was GREAT. The Southern Rice is ... so unique, I've never had that before. Very cool. Burger was GREAT & filling, not at the WOW level but it was solid & had a unique & different taste which I respect. Every time a dish tastes uniquely different even though it is not WOW, I will always give 5 stars because at least you are giving an effort to go outside the box.
