McDonald’s - Peterborough, Ontario

Ordered meal through app and did curbside pickup. Was sitting there for awhile deciding what to order and a staff member actually came out to check if we were waiting on food or if we needed anything. That was excellent customer service that you don't get very often at any ... fast food restaurants. I had paid extra for double topping on a sundae but didn't get the extra topping. When I went in to explain the staff member was super nice and apologized and made me a new sundae with extra topping and extra ice cream! She also told me to keep the incorrect one as it would just go in the garbage which was very appreciated. This McDonald's has incredible customer service. The food was delicious too. I will definitely order from there again. (Couldn't really comment on atmosphere as I didn't eat inside so gave it 3 stars for that category. Read more

My kids always like this one for the Play place. The customer service is terrible. The ordering machines are always out of receipt paper, so who knows what my order number is??? And the staff avoid taking orders at the counter like the plague. It’s a good ... thing they have the play place because you will be waiting forever for your food. Read more

Staff is consistently slow and forgetful. In the drivethrough i heard them tell the other car they are out of fries currently and get to the window and most of the staff are standing around doing nothing, shameful work ethics. This service is consistent with delivery, dine-in or take-out. If ... you don’t care about people don’t work in customer service or food service. Read more

This is a really good fast food location, it's always clean and staff are always polite and kind. Service can be a little slower than other locations (inside) but is still quick fast and the food is always hot and fresh, so is worth waiting the extra 3-5 minutes.

The gentleman that took my order entered it incorrectly but the 2nd gentleman at the window fixed it, and was lovely to speak with. The gal at the 2nd window, attempted to hand me a happy meal - which I didn't order. And then gave me my real order without speaking a ... word to me. P.s. Please for the love of fast food, atleast attempt to fill the fries. Especially when we pay extra! Read more
