McDonald’s - Peterborough, Ontario

Very long wait times (13 minutes yesterday) and last time was so long they gave me coupons ( and forgot part of the order). Yesterday it seems they were waiting on my chicken but the burgers were made right away so they were lukewarm when I finally got them. This ... is a consistent problem at this site. Plus, the app thinks this store closes at 6pm, so it won't let you order in advance from 6pm to 9pm. Read more

Peterborough square McDonald is so bad. They don't know how to make soft icecream and they took a lot of time only for one item.

Average experience food wise, but the service at this location is abysmal. Never waited more than 10 minutes for food at a McDonald's before. First for everything I guess. I stood on line for over 10 minutes before the server went on break, leaving me in line. I asked why ... and was finally served but then ignore again before being given my order number. (after I paid) Someone hire this location a proper manager, these kids shouldn't have to run a restaurant alone. Avoid unless unavoidable. Read more

I can't believe how this company status in business. Since their new service model where you order, either by frequently malfunctioning kiosks, or wait for one of the few counter workers, it takes longer and order mistakes are soaring. Today it took nearly 10 minutes to get a ... cheese burger and juice. Then after sitting down I discover they hadn't put ANY condiments on the cheese burger. It wasn't crowded and this is a food court location, so no drive through to service. Read more
