What can I say great location great staff. You can go wrong with this Harvey's

Went to Harvey’s the burger was amazing and the cream soda slushie was really good to and the workers were nice specially the girl at cash today

I went to the 1040 Lansdowne location I had a huge order for seven it was an amazing experience. I went in there with a big order and they no problem help me Ariel behind the cashier Julia the manager was there. Jared was making the burgers. I asked him ... their names. I find all Harvey's (and most businesses) are less focused on service since covid, but Harvey's has probably been affected the least. This is by far the better Harvey's, the downtown one has 100% of the time gotten my order wrong and often has people walking up to your car asking ... for money which is a bit scary, and you need staff to open the washrooms for you. The layout of this location is much better and you can use the washrooms when you want. They take pride in getting your order right. First time ever we were disappointed with the food we ordered today. My grilled chicken was over cooked and dry. The hot dogs were cooked so much they were black and rubbery. The onion rings were not only over cooked, while I was standing there waiting for ... the girls to put our order the bag, the cook took onion rings out of our order to add to another order. When you pay good money you expect good food. We were NOT impressed!!! Read more
