Wimpy’s Diner - Peterborough, Ontario

I recently dined in at wimpys and wanted to leave my review. While the food was decent, there was only one server who was also the cook. This took place on a weekend while the restaurant was fairly busy. So wait times were long. There restaurant itself was extremely hot ... and no doors were open either. The temperature in there made it very uncomfortable to eat and I noticed other guests feeling the same way. When we went to pay our bill, our server stood and leaned on the counter and watched us using the debit machine, never looking away, made the situation very uncomfortable. I love wimpys but my last 3 visits at this location were not very good. Hopefully management can fix these smaller issues soon. Read more

even with the new owners this place is still a dump. food always has hair in it. dishes have left over crusty food on them and overall gross. not a clean restaurant at all. id give 0 stars if i could.

Great experience at wimpys diner peterborough. Awesome services & very very delicious food. Tried cheese omelette. It was amazing. Will be back soon

Ordered Fish & Chips and French toast. It was so delicious. I also loved their food presentation. Really great service. Surely I will return and ordered fish & chips again.

Awesome service food and atmosphere nice quiet relaxing place to enjoy good homecooked food that is top notch booths are comfy and have the nostalgia feeling food is always fresh and just more then enough my most reccomened family restaurant by far
