Myself I gave this place a 2.5 out of 5, my fiance however gave it a 1.5 rating out of 5. That makes our average 2 out of 5 stars. Here's why To start with my persian meat was good, i'll give them that, well prepared and flavourful as you would ... expect, though the vegetables were poorly presented (looked like bag salad) and i found the hot pepper in the salad was completely overdoing it and unnecessary. The rice was good but arguably way too much of it for the meal in question and on a plate, instead of in a container to retain heat such as a metal pot with lid or similar method. As a result it lost heat fast and in so doing its enjoyable qualities. I also found this to be severely overpriced at $29.99 for my meal alone which consisted of the three meat varieties and the rice, which I add could have been gotten elsewhere at a similar or greater quality for far less, even $15 instead of the ridiculous price tag I had to pay. Now the burger and poutine, there's simply no excuse, I would have to be blazing drunk and stoned in order to even contemplate such an assault on my taste buds and this was what my fiance ordered, she couldn't even have her dinner. They took the price of the burger off of the bill, but they did nothing to rectify the issue, even try to make her another burger. It was completely dry and the beef tasted very cheap, the lettuce looked terrible, it were as if somebody tok the leftover lettuce from the bottom and shredded it roughly in a blender before adding it to the burger. It wasn't even passable as food in my opinion and if I had a dog I wouldn't even give it to the dog. The poutine was barely passable, cheap fries and the gravy had next to no flavour, plus they used shredded cheese, mozarella by the taste of it (what little taste there was) and the fries themselves tasted blatantly artificial in nature. We won't be eating here again, and would personally recommend that nobody else does either. Overall a terrible experience, go somewhere before going to the movies if that's the plan, you'll be better off. Read more
