Food was hot and fresh. Ordered the chicken spring rolls and two quarter chicken white meals. Service was quick and friendly. Our server SAM was very kind and attentive. Will be coming back to this location specifically. Great service and hot and fresh food!
I frequent this location often and I will continue to come back however I feel it necessary at this point to make this issue known, every time and I do mean every time I come here I wait at the door for several minutes. The longest time I waited at ... the door was 8 and at this point I’ve learned to just walk in and find someone to seat me. The servers are all lovely, the food is consistent and tasty it’s just the wait times at the door and then waiting for a server once seated. Read more
Cody's service was genuine and cheerful which made our dinner out an excellent end to our day. The food was great, served quickly and left us satisfied. The dining area was clean but the women's washroom floor seems to be permanently sticky, which I wouldn't fault the staff for.
My server Tamara was excellent as always. I've been coming to this location since 2008. I am a single diner and found that I used the wifi often. Well no more wifi. Evident that something has changed. 1 pack of crackers with the soup. One butter with the roll. I ... asked and was given extra but it used to be automatic. Next they will be taking away the salt and pepper and making you ask for that. This restaurant has the best long term staff of any Swiss chalet around. The staff is always fantastic. Either management has suddenly changed or the owner has decided to water down the soup and charge for everything extra. As a side note Eastsides has free wifi and has free bread and similar price in the end. If you want me to keep coming back don't take away the small things that make the dining experience pleasant.
