Burger King - Peterborough, Ontario

The “Supervisor” was called to the window because I brought back a fully intact jr chicken sandwich that wasn’t even unwrapped. I brought it back because the bun in one side was hard literally AS A ROCK! The manager looked at me suspiciously and didn’t even offer me a replacement ... or anything even AFTER I had just ordered another $55 dollar order. It’s very garbage service when it seems like the “manager” doesn’t fully grasp what exactly I was trying to say to her, or maybe that’s just her schtick to brush off any unhappy customers. It seems like EVERY time I order here I end up losing 5-10 dollars of what I actually ordered and when I bring it to their attention they treat ME as if I am the one trying to pull a fast one on THEM! Honestly I can’t stand MuckyDee’s either but atleast there I get what I order and it is actually kinna edible, oh and if I bring something wrong back to MuckyDee’s atleast THEY replace the damn thing. I bet you any money that Indian girl “manager” ate that Junior Chicken sandwich I brought back with the hard bun and all. Drive thru is slowest among all food chain! Staff needs to be more trained and fast! Spending more on gas than on order! Suppose to be FAST FOOD? Waited 30 min in drive thru

The ice machine has been broken for at least a week. Pop is warm and flat. They are not fixing it and still charging full price. You find out as you pay. The fries are a tiny portion and not full. It was like half an order. Service is friendly ... and prompt. The staff must be dealing with a lot of frustration. I'd have to hear something very encouraging in terms of feedback from management before I would go back. Read more

This location seems to be going down hill. Floors and tables were dirty. The ladies bathroom had no water to wash your hands. The burgers were too well done. The manager seemed angry and yelling at the staff. The girl at the counter was nice and polite. But overall a ... very cold feeling being in there. It was okay. However, I don't know what Burger King has come to now concerning price. I stopped by yesterday for a quick snack before heading out for the night, and it was $13.00 for a Whopper Jr. Combo!? Seriously?! I do not want to sound cheap, but compared to ... its competition and for portions, that is ridiculous. I could have gone to McDonald's or A&W and saved $5.00 and had more food.
