Boston Pizza - Peterborough, Ontario

Food was yummy, there were 2 of us and we shared the pizza platter, it was more than enough food. The manager (Noel) was super nice and came around and made sure we had everything!! Would definitely recommend this location!

BP is set up for groups. We reserved for our group weeks in advance. Unfortunately, even though the restaurant was mostly empty, it was unacceptable in terms of wait time. Beyond that, the food was lacking. Our meal took 2.5 hours... in that time, I was served a water, a ... diet pepsi an order of nachos. That's crazy. When you wait 1.5h for nachos they should be coming around and seeing if you are dying of thirst. There were several people in our group that ordered and litteral hour + plus later they came back and said they were out of those options. For those wondering, it was mashed potato's. And custard. And apparently ground beef as my nachos didn't have any. Really, I get it, big groups suck, but that's why we made a reservation, so there would be at least an extra server to help. However all of the kids in our group had a great time. They mostly had pizza and ice cream type stuff and there were no complaints from them, except some of the desert options were out as well. They did not add an automatic gratuity like some places do for groups which was nice, because I would have contested that, the service was very poor, it felt like a managment problem, an extra server would have been nothing, an extra 30$ or whatever for 2 hours or so, would have made us a lot more comfortable while waiting 1.5h just to get food... considering our total spend was likely $2k. We went for my boyfriend's birthday yesterday (may 3rd) we had an amazing waitress! Ally was absolutely wonderful! And the food tastes absolutely amazing. Huge portions. We had enough for a take home dish! Good job! Absolutely phenomenal!

went for pizza. outta anchovies & no green olives. 2 outta the 3 ingredients I love on my pizza. Settled for wings. The "fresh veggies" accompanying them were absolutely disgusting!

My fiancé and I went for dinner last night around 10pm, there was a gentleman in front of us who sat on bar side and then left because there was no one to take his order. We were finally seated by a female, she came once to take our drink ... orders and food orders. We did not see her for the rest of our meal! She literally didn’t even ask the typical “how are the first few bites?” It was a male server that came with the food and bill. My fiancé got the Mild Wings. We didn’t know it was Buffalo sauce. They should really say that on the menu. Everywhere else has the darker red mild flavour sauce except here. My fiancé’s Carrot and Celery looked like a rabbit chewed on the end and we only got the end nubs of the celery. the bottom part of the celery looked dirty and moldy! The carrots still had dirt on the outside of them! It was wild!!! We ended up telling our server about the veggies and asked if he would eat those veggies. He said no and then did nothing to correct the situation. Not even offered to get us new veggies. We will not return!!!
