Ordered a pick up for the 2 medium 4-topping Wednesday special. Accurate pickup time quote. I was really happy with the pizza. The crust was tasty and crispy. Ordered pizza on Saturday. Told 45 minutes. Waited an hour and then called the store only to find out they were now closed. No pizza delivered. Contacted them via Facebook to be told someone would follow up the next day. No apology and still waiting for the call. Never again ... Murray’s. Ordered 2 small pizza's from them. Said it would be 45 minutes. Was well over an hour. Rude delivery driver gave them to me without the warming bag they always come in. They were stone cold. I said to the driver that they were cold and I made him hold the ... boxes in each hand to show him. He looked me right in the eye and said no they're warm. I took them anyway because we were hungry. They were absolutely cold and tasted terrible. I called back to complain and talked to a very nice fellow there and he offered me 2 free ones to replace them. I was very pleased with how I was treated by him. A week later we decide to try them again ( we never ordered from there before the first catastrophe) again talked to the same pleasant fellow and he remembered me well. This time he said they would be delivered in 45 minutes and free. We live about 7 blocks from their restaurant. 1 hour and 25 minutes later, the same delivery driver shows up at my door. He said " there you go. Nice and hot" They were just as cold as the 1st time. I complained to him once again that they were cold. He said no way they just came out of the oven. Tired of dealing with him I just closed the door on him not willing to tip him this time. He pushed the door back open and said to me aggressively " hey! You owe me 6 bucks for delivery! " have any of you ever paid 6 bucks just for delivering 2 small pizza's? I gave him the pizza's back and told him very politely where to go and how to get there and slammed the door shut. I will say, my wife phoned them and demanded our money back and he said sure, no problem. And he did give us our original money back. Murray's pizza is a never again for us. Read more

Ordered from here because of the good reviews. Wasn't sure I even dialed the right number because when the guy answered the phone he was yelling at someone. When the pizza finally showed up (an hour) the driver showed up with the wrong order. So back to the car he went. ... Another five or so minutes he comes back with our order in the dirtiest old beat up looking delivery bag I've ever seen. Pretty sure that delivery bag couldn't kept a rat warm. Forgot our dips and charged us for them, the pizza was cold and average at best and for a place that boasts about fresh homemade/handmade ingredients we were disappointed to find packets of caesar salad dressing in our bag and not homemade/handmade fresh caesar salad dreesing on our salad. They have a great variety of toppings and the crust is always in that good in-between firm yet soft. I have never ordered from here this is a in store pick-up reveiw. Although sometimes you will have to wait abit for your order as they are low staffed. Over ... all great pizza. Read more
