Fantastic service. It's first come first serve; show up early and get your name down for an appointment. It's a great system. The office staff were polite and helpful and the doctor answered all my questions.

Amazing clinic! Front desk girls are friendly, pleasant and on schedule. The doctors are just as great. So happy I called this clinic. Huge thank you for all you guys do, you are appreciated!

Doctor has 40 more people to see that day and doesn't have 5min to talk to you about how the symptom you came in for is part of a bigger problem with your health. She can't be bothered to hear you out. You have to make a separate appointment and ... another day driving 45min there and 45 min back. You are just one of a conveyor belt of patients, you get 5min to be rushed through. Sad, I walked out feeling unheard, dismissed. Not the first time. My experience at the Apple Plaza Medical Clinic was nothing short of exceptional. It took a few times to get through on the phone but once I did connect the process was easy and handled in an utmost professional manner. The office assistant took my information and I was advised ... that a doctor would call me later that same day. I received the Doctor's call as scheduled and had a pleasant conversation with the Doctor. An appointment was scheduled for the following day. The procedure to enter the building was outlined by the Doctor during our phone conversation and everything went as scheduled on the day of my appointment. Kudos to Dr. Ingram who was kind, caring and professional and hats off to the office staff for making my experience a very positive one. If I'm ever in need of medical care in the future I'll be contacting the Apple Plaza Walk-in Clinic. Read more
