Paid for 2 double buddies. Only got singles. The lady at the drive through should be fired. 0 customer service skills. Restaurant is closed now. I can’t come get my proper order. Lady says I can’t eat my food if I want my refund. Like what? Place is a joke
Came in for a quick lunch as I am painting my home. I used the app (first time) and tried to get an offer for a Papa burger and onion rings. The order only showed the burger. So I asked at the till but they weren’t sure ... how to handle it. They quickly referred me to Brandon (I assume a supervisor or manager) who quickly addressed my concern and happily added onion rings to my order without extra charge. He was kind and very courteous. Great service and even better food. This a&w is always a go to when we go through Penticton- great location, quick service and clean restaurant. We recently made a stop with the family and it’s a hit with the kids and adults. The burgers are fresh and always taste home ... made. And the kiddos love the chicken strips.
