Pho Hoa Nam - Ottawa, Ontario

By far the best pho we’ve ever had. Everything was so delicious. The beef was tender, the noodles were plentiful, and the herbs were so fresh. Even the peanut sauce for the crisp spring rolls was prepared carefully. Friendly service on the phone and in person too.

I ordered the food through delivery and when it arrived, it was cold even though it took only a few minutes for the food to come. This means that the food wasn't freshly prepared. I ordered the rice with pork, shredded pork and egg so I expected the egg to ... be the egg quiche that Vietnamese restaurants usually serve with the "3 Colour Rice". Easily the best pho I've ever had! The broth is amazing. The chili sauce on each table is fantastic. The prices are great. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Great food and very nice, hardworking owner. Make sure you go on either a weekday or Saturday night because they are closed Sundays.
