iPho - Ottawa, Ontario

Quite frankly, THE best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. Everything very clean, very crisp and fresh food. Large menu with lots of choices. Would definitely come again.

More attention to customers is needed. We were seated immediately, but while we were waiting for our third person, the waiter never came back to ask if we wanted drinks while we waited. The waiter was hard to hear; he spoke too quietly. One of our party got the wrong ... flavour of bubble tea, but didn't complain because she liked that flavour, but still, it wasn't what she ordered. My vermicelli noodles were broken into one inch pieces for some reason. We never got any napkins. While we were there eating, a family came in, sat for a bit and then left because no one ever came to greet them and give them menus. All in all, it was alright. Read more

Amazing find for Vietnamese cuisine. Ordered the vegetarian phỏ and hands down to them for offering actual VEGETARIAN BROTH (instead of being subjected to the default beef or chicken broth) - THANK YOU! The pho was served with a side plate of basil and bean sprout, as it is customary. ... And the vegetarian fresh rolls were quite delicious (the way how they fried the tofu skin really gave an enhanced flavour like there was cooked jicama but there wasn't). I will definitely come back to this place when I am back in Ottawa! My only complaint (and is minor and likely a long day) is that the customer service could use a little finessing. The server was civil and got your order right but lack a bit of personality to show appreciation for your business or repeat business. Great pad Thai, Great rice dish with beef. Excellent coconut juice. My Only gripe with the restaurant is that it's just slightly more pricey than other places that offer more portions for around the same price. But it is a good place to eat. The service is also very good.

Its ok, not really that good. I ordered Vietnamese ice coffee to test i was disappointed. If u have tried pho in Asia its a big No. But here in ottawa its ok.
