Nothing special, the store only had one employee working the day I went so it was still a 5 min wait with one person in front of me. I always look forward to my visits at Freshii Sparks! Katie and Jessie (as well as the other lovely employees whom I don't know their name), are so kind and generous! I've never had a bad experience at this Freshii; they always get my order right, they're fast, efficient, polite, helpful ... and honest. For example, they'll let you know if they don't have a specific ingredient and offer to replace it with something else you might like - a gesture that's not completely necessary but extremely appreciated. They have your best interest in mind, all the time. I go often enough that they know my "usual", which proves their caring and attentive ears! I can't recommend this Freshii enough.
