I gave only 4 stars because I bought a curry last night and was surprised to see that the portion has reduced significantly. What ... was shown in other reviewers photos ( the round fish for curry) is now about half that. It is a “double dish” container with a portion of curry on one side and rice on the other. Nice to see a different option for food in Barrhaven. This is a small take out counter inside the Ultramar gas station sharing space next to the Tim Horton's restaurant. We ordered a beef red curry, a green chicken curry, a shrimp stir fried vegetable and a beef pad ... see ew. The food was waiting when we arrived. It was a bit pricey for what we got. The food had the right flavours but the two curries lacked ingredients, too little meat that was dried out and not enough vegetables and way too much sauce that was thin and runny. The noodle and stir fried shrimp and vegetable were spot on. The shrimp were big and the vegetables were fresh. Worth another try when we get tired of the standard Barrhaven offerings. Read more
