Love the chicken, the soup, the noodles, the vegetables... Everything is fresh and tasty

I was a bit confused when I first visited since it's called California Thai but there is no Thai food and basically all Chinese take out. Besides that, the smaller portion sizes that leave you hungry and taste of the food will leave you feeling disappointed. Not a bad place for lunch. Bangkok chicken was good, ginger beef was average. Zucchini was super fresh. Not a fan of the neon orange noodles, wasn't really a pad thai... Fast service and located in the food court. A bit on the pricy side.

The place has a wide variety of choice. You can select two - three items with base in rise or noodles. For two you can get veggie or meat, for three any combination. They open at 11 sm and closed at 5 pm. Very convenient for lunch and earlier dinner ... as located at 160 Elgin food court with a lot of seating spaces and public washroom. Read more

The food is delicious! The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because they are not environmentally friendly as they serve your food in styrofoam takeaway containers. A single styrofoam cup takes 500 years to decompose. As I (as well as others) actively participate in reducing our carbon ... footprint on the planet (the process of creating styrofoam produces greenhouse gases which are detrimental to the ozone), I can't in good faith support a business who actively disregards the impact styrofoam has on the environment. It's unfortunate as the food is delicious. Should they start to use environmentally safe packaging, I would 100% return. Read more
