Was very clean when I was there. Food court is tidy with several employees' cleaning as people come and go in a timely manner, throws your food away for you and very friendly. The rest of the mall has no garbage all over the place. Security is quick to identify any ... problems, including people begging for money inside the mall. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of some layouts of tables and chairs bolted to the ground doesn't allow for good flow while the food court is packed with people and the long lines start to go into where people are sitting. One of the best malls in Ottawa. You can find all you need inside it. Clothes, groceries, gifts, electronics, restaurants ect. It’s huge & well organized. It has big parking as well. It’s also not that crowded. You should visit it.

Late review, but I got a chance to visit this mall first hand and it's a really nice shopping centre. Its big, logs of nice, variety of stores, and their food court, is, probably the nicest I've visited compared to others. Least during my visit the tables were clean, and ... not busy during the weekday. Will certainly visit again when I'm back in the city. Not to mention a nice bus stop just steps away from the location, as well. Read more

Nice place and almost all fashion brands and Walmart are here. Crowdy place and three floors full of brands and things. Parking is enough but some time it is full of cars. Wheelchair accessible parking and all facility for physically handicapped people.
