Absolutely delicious! The seaweed salad is the best I’ve ever had. We ordered sushi, a noodle bowl and spring rolls as well. The noodles were freshly made in house! We got to watch one of the owners make them in front of our eyes, it’s almost like dinner and a ... show! We could tell that all of the ingredients were fresh and the owners were delightful. Lunch: Sushi Zone & Ramen Stop, Ottawa We were visiting Ottawa's Byward Market and this place caught our eye as the guy behind the counter was pulling his own noodles (I wasn't quick enough to get a photo). I had the pork ramen noodle soup, made with the hand-pulled noodles. The chunks ... of pork were tender and beautifully flavoured, the broth rich and full flavoured and the noodles were excellent. The ramen here is fabulous (the qty of meat could have been more, though). The family running the show here is hard-working and very kind. Make this place your pit stop if you are in the area.
