The Keg Manor - Ottawa, Ontario

The steak is not as expected and is not impressive at all, especially based on the price. This is my first time and I don't think I'll go again. There are flies flying around and the environment inside the house is quite normal. The service is good though.

Usually The Keg is one of my go-to places for steak but I’m not sure if I’ll come back after this time. The steak I ordered medium rare was just plainly dry and well-done, and did not seem like 18oz at all. It's our first time here in the keg manor we celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was fun experience. The food is great and the atmosphere, very friendly and accommodating server.our waiter is Eric and he took good care of us while we're having our dinner..they give us complementary dessert,tea ... ,coffee,and bread.the manager is very friendly and he make sure that their customer is happy and well serve..kiddos to the staff manager and Eric (our waiter) for treating us on our special day. Excellent time for a birthday dinner. Great vibes and friendly service. Ample parking and loved the decor. Sat close to a vent room that bothered me a bit but that's just me, I moved to mitigate. Enjoyed the decor and creative environment. Baseball Steak was cooked to my taste, Waitress ... was helpful and the birthday ice-cream cake was a delicious finisher. Will definitely return sometime. My friends kidnapped me during a hard time in my life this year and brought me here for dinner. It was a poor choice on there part as I was going to take advantage of the situation as it was their tab and an excellent choice as it is the ... pinnacle of fine dining in steak and seafood. Emma our server was what I’d expect of attentive punctual and focused. The chef cooked the best medium rare steak I’ve ever had. And they have Oban 14 which I enjoyed several.
