The owners constantly work so no way around these cheap cheap cheap people. I cannot stress this enough!!!! $0.50 for sauce on the side, $0.50 for GREEN PEPPERS!!! These people are the cheapest restaurant owners I’ve ever met!!! They do not understand customer service. The older lady literally got mad at us for refilling our drink twice ( which probably costs them 10 cents . They don’t run the Chili heaters so if you ask for au jus ... sauce they microwave it. Also they actually turn off the oven between clients. The are overtly cheap and I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged you for asking for a second napkin. Worst customer service EVER. I came into to use the washroom because my 4 month old was crying and needed to be changed. The Asian lady who was working there ( it was just her ) said she wouldn't give me the key to the washroom unless I ordered. I ... hadn't decided if I wanted to eat there or not, all that was one my mind was that I needed to change my baby first. How do you treat someone so badly then expect me to give you my money!!! Love Quiznos sub, but won't be coming back to this location. The owners work here all the time, so they are cheap. They wanted to charge us for extra honey mustard sauce. Also, they lock the washrooms even in the middle of the afternoon. Too bad ... this is so close to our house. Read more

Great resteraunt. I work closeby, and eat here several times a month. Service is always great. Staff are intelligent and proffesional. Sandwiches are always perfect. 99% of the time the self-serve jalapeno/sauce bar is well stocked with fresh ingredients. Occassionaly, they can be a bit stingey when it comes to coupons and ... the stamp card, almost as thought they search for a reason not to honour the coupon, or stamp the card. In all fairness they are just trying to follow the rules properly. Whereas most other resteraunts are a bit more easy-going and relaxed about it. Read more
