Good food & fresh. Terrible service, delivery took 1hr 20mins. Delivery driver conveniently didn't have change earning himself a $4 tip on a 16 dollar order. I specified cash to the operator, delivery claimed he thought it was debit.

I ordered from Skip The Dishes and I mentioned in the special instructions that I was really hungover and gross looking, so I told them not to judge. Well, not only was the delivery guy super patient for me, but they gave me two free cookies and wrote "free hangover ... cookies :)" on the bag! I was so hungry that I almost cried. I've been going to the Pit for years, since the first one opened in Kingston. When I moved to Ottawa, I was pleased to see that there was one here, and the service and quality hasn't changed! Great selection, fantastic and friendly people!

The food is decent but dont ever from there for a home delivery literally an hour and 20 minutes just for 2 pitas the worst part is I live downtown 2 minutes away

I am never ordering from them again since they said 45 to hour and it took them 2 hours for them to deliver it to me. I am unhappy with the service since my pita was cold and the people did not apologize for being so late.
