Went to this spot on a Monday night, it was quiet but the atmosphere was cool and the service was good. It was on the pricer side of shisha in comparisons to the basic shisha spots I go to in my hometown (Toronto). For what’s offered for their basic shisha price, ... it’s way more expensive than the premium spots in Toronto, as you need to pay an additional $4 for coco coals. This is for everyone wondering why this place is getting 1 star reviews: I visit with 3 people. 1 smoker 3 non smokers. Basically you can’t just go in and order things off the menu and enjoy your time. They explain to us there’s a minimum charge of $25. If you ... order 1 shisha ($25) this will cover two people. But we have two other non smokers. This means (so I thought) the two non smokers would have spend $25 each on other menu items. Then I am told they would not have to spend $25 each, they would be ok to spend $25 together. Not bad, I thought, fine. (Although all they have on the menu is tea and pop) I started ordering off the menu to what would amount to another $25 for the two non smokers. So all together we should have spent $50 right? The bill comes to $75. Why? Because, no it wasn’t a minimum charge, the two non smokers had to pay a cover charge of $25 each BEFORE we even ordered anything off the menu because they weren’t smoking (and they were just so kind to give us a discount off the cover charge making it $15 each non smoker) So if this isn’t making sense to you, we were just as bewildered. By their logic, if I ordered a shisha for the two non smokers and left it untouched, this would be cheaper than trying to order them tea or pop off the menu to cover the minimum charge, which actually turned out not to be a minimum but a cover charge implemented on non smokers only. AND you have to pay for everything before you receive anything from the menu, I’m assuming because there’s probably a lot of escalation about this nonsensical system. Amazing place the best in Ottawa shisha is great 👍 and the tea 🍵 and the games also the guys there are so respectful i have been going there for 3 years and never faced an issue with anything I really recommend this place over all places in Ottawa so ... good on prices and fair Read more

This is a really great place to smoke hookah. Service is fast and consistent and they have a very modern looking establishment. Just wish they had food too. Will be back!
