The pizza and wings taste great and are priced reasonably. The cheddar jalapeño sauce is also really good.

I ordered from this location and clearly that was my first mistake. I should have read the other reviews first. Ordered a Stromboli and a panzarotti. The panzarotti was burnt and completely inedible. I called the customer service and they apologized and said another one would be sent in 20-30 minutes. ... Over an hour later nothing showed up. Called customer service again and they contacted the store. After being on hold for 10 minutes the store told them they refused to send another order because they didn’t do anything wrong and the order would turn out the same. The rep offered me a $10 credit to my pizza pizza account. I asked for a refund and he said he can’t do that and can only offer a credit. Over two hours later still haven’t had dinner and currently have been waiting on hold again for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor. Update: they can’t issue a refund and were absolutely useless. Save your money and order elsewhere. Read more

Customer service has dropped to an all time low here. Please find another food option. There's better just steps away. Refuse to support a location that won't even give a basic cardboard tray for eating slices from a whole pizza your family just bought. The thanks you get for being a ... customer for 20+ years should at least cover the cost of two 20 cent cardboard triangles. Stopped in for a pep slice. Hot fresh perfect. Lots of pep, Cheese base good, nice coat of sauce not dry and perfectly cooked. I was very impressed for a pizza pizza.
