Very Impressed with the service at Pizza Pizza Branch 216 in Orleans. Clearly the best location in Ottawa in terms of service and wait times. Pizza gets delivered within 20 minutes of ordering and it took me 10 minutes when I placed an order for takeout. Customer service is incredible ... as well, thanks to Ali who took care of us. They served me a raw pizza.. parts were still frozen or outright raw and they refused to give a refund. This place is a joke. Don't eat here.

Was served undercooked pizza with raw bacon bits. Tried to get a refund, or at least submit a complaint to support. Was given the run-around. Absolutely embarrassing service.

Boston Pizza is a great place to enjoy a meal with friends and watch sports. If you're into sports. The menu prices are continuing to rise, like many other places.
