Pizza Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

Food: Delicious but definitely not the best in town. Big cuts and hot, that’s awesome! Recently i noticed that my regular choice of pizza is changing specially on the toppings. Less beef in the past couple of times i bought in the store. Price: A bit high but still reasonable. Ambience: Not good at all. ... Not clean. Not organized. Service and Staff: Cashier - (lady) who wasn’t even know how to smile. Raising eyebrows while taking orders. My order is already on the side but they dont even bother to call me or even ask me. I just got my order the time i ask for a follow up. Other people got theirs already but mine is still on waiting little did i know its already on the side and their just busy talking to each other. Pizza Maker - (guy - see photos below) rude and disrespectful. Already closing time, im about to eat my pizza inside but the old guy told me its already closed and i cant do dine in, that’s fine and truly understand that. So i decided to asked a plastic bag to the pizza maker (for my 3pcs pop) — see his photo below. And he told me “don’t ask me just ask them” This Pizza chain needs more re-evaluation when it comes to the staffs in their service and attitude. Honestly, this pizza is way better than the other but having this kind of so poor customer service, I’d rather go to other pizza store who can treat customers nicely and with manners. Read more

I found this hard thing in my pizza, and didn’t know what it is. It looks like an uncooked part of chicken or like fat or something because it’s not edible and was found in my pizza. I’m really disappointed with this. I got this yesterday on 14 May, 2024

The worse ever pizza !! No cheese. Where is the cheese????? Last time I got a pizza I refused it cause driver asked me to walk to him to pick up cause he couldn’t find the place. I called customer service and complained. NOW!! This time I got a pizza with a sprinkle of cheese. I ... see other reviews where the pizzas have a lot of cheese!!! Called customer service and only got 3$ credit then called again and got 10$. Max. Ok then They offer you replacement but who knows what the chef does to the pizza !! The delivery man was very nice 👍 pizza always taste yummy too

It's actually pretty good considering bigger and more calorie dense competition has been around since forever to choose from. Surely not complaining about what was given here. Good stuff.
