Pizza Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, chicken, and a variety of vegetables, paying extra for all the additional toppings. I live 25 minutes away from the shop. When the guy called to say my pizza was ready, I picked it up and headed home, only to discover they had ... given me a plain pepperoni pizza. Frustrated, I drove back 25 minutes to get the correct pizza. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, the staff argued that it was my fault and insisted I take the same cold pizza that had been sitting for 50 minutes. I refused to accept the cold pizza. This was a terrible experience. The customer service was appalling, and they were completely unprofessional. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. Their 4-topping XL pizza special for $17.99 is terrific. I add an extra topping for $20. I order 2 (4 ppl) and keep leftovers for lunches. Not greasy, toppings over cheese which I prefer. Looks and tastes great. Like options to add extra cheese as topping, extra sauce on bottom ... or seasoning on top at no extra charge. EDIT: Recently, the regular pepperoni is not a topping choice, and can only select the New York Style pepperoni, which is greasier and makes the puzza more oily. I come to this pizza pizza only cause it’s close to my work. At 1100am I come in for a slice of pizza for my lunch break, thinking that they just have opened and the pizza slices would be fresh if not even still warm from just being made. ... NOPE! They looked like they were leftovers from last night. The mushrooms on the Classic Super looked like they were a few days old. So I decided to grab a cheese slice, the one that looks the best out of the bunch. The girl throws it in the oven, 2mins later (max) she takes it out and gives it to me. Me thinking that might be a bit quick, I take it and go. Hot on the outside, ICE cold on the inside. I’m done with this place, it’s the same everytime. Brutal! I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Ordered small pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni on half. The pepperoni on the bottom was raw. Sent it back... now the pepperoni on the bottom is less raw, and the pepperoni on the top is burnt. Also we have a burnt crust now Wasted half a pizza and ... half my $14 Read more
